Father’s Count is similar programming but offered to the general population of the Corrections Facility.

Who is eligible?
NAVIGATORS is for men 18+ years old who are incarcerated in the Young Offenders unit at Westchester County Department of Correction. Father’s Count 2.0 is for men 18+ who reside in the general population units.
